If you have any problems with the checkout for example, or any questions about the products or anything else please contact us. We really are here to help and will reply to any emails immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

As a Company policy we do not give a refund for any item, however we do offer an exchange on all items except earrings, within 7 days of dispatch. Please contact us with any issues. Decadorn will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

When items are faulty we are happy to replace, however we need proof of fault as well as proof of purchase before offering a free replacement.

Shipping

When are items dispatched?

Items are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days of order. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us when ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

What method is the postage in UK?

All items are shipped Royal Mail 1st class delivery. If you would prefer Recorded delivery instead please contact us after your purchase has gone through and this can be arranged.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes of course. We send all items by airmail. If you would like 'international signed for' delivery, then please email us and we can arrange and give you a price. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
